Story

Eddie Russell

Executive Chef

Meet Eddie Russell, a culinary virtuoso hailing from Atlanta, whose culinary journey spans over 25 years of gastronomic excellence. As the former host of Cooking Channel's acclaimed "Belly UP," Eddie brings a wealth of experience to the table, specializing in menu development, operational optimization, and refining overall restaurant functionality.

Eddie's culinary passion ignited in the heart of his grandmother's kitchen, where he first discovered the rich tapestry of classic Southern flavors. Building upon this foundation, he refined his skills at renowned Athens, Georgia-based establishments such as Five and Ten and Farm 255. Additionally, Eddie co-founded the esteemed Four Coursemen Supper Club—a culinary sanctuary that champions food exploration, technique mastery, and community engagement.

Driven by an insatiable thirst for culinary knowledge, Eddie immersed himself in the art of butchery, baking, pastry-making, and classic charcuterie. This diverse skill set forms the cornerstone of his ingredient-driven approach to cooking, underscored by a deep-seated commitment to slow food and conscious sourcing.

Drawing inspiration from the vibrant cuisines of the Global South and the Mediterranean, Eddie delights in pushing the boundaries of regional cuisine, challenging conventional expectations with every dish he creates.

Beyond the bustling kitchen, Eddie finds joy in the simple pleasures of life—a dedicated father, an avid reader, and a lover of outdoor adventures. And let's not forget his unwavering devotion to the sacred ritual of coffee consumption.

Join Eddie Russell on a culinary voyage where passion meets innovation, and every bite tells a story. Welcome to a realm where flavors transcend borders and culinary boundaries are meant to be challenged..
